What NEXA holds for a connected Meta account

• An access token, encrypted at rest, used only to publish what you schedule and to read your ad results.
• The ids of the Page, Instagram account and ad account you chose, and their names.
• For Meta Ads: the performance figures and creatives of your ads, read to tell you what works.

Removing access from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find NEXA or Nexa Ads, and remove it. Meta notifies NEXA, and the tokens for your account are deleted at once. You can also ask Meta to delete your data from the same screen; NEXA confirms the deletion with a code shown on this page.

From inside NEXA

Publishing → Disconnect removes the connection and its token. Deleting your NEXA account (Settings) deletes everything NEXA holds about you and your brands.
