Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NEXA. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

NEXA is an AI marketing platform that generates on-brand content and lets you schedule and publish it to connected social channels. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any brand you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NEXA to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or violate the terms of any connected platform (Meta, LinkedIn).
• Reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security.

Your content

You retain ownership of the brand information you provide and the content you generate. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

AI-generated output

Content is produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish. We make no warranty that output is error-free, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

Credits, plans, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment consumed by generation; unused credits do not roll over.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a social account, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by Meta, LinkedIn, or other third parties.

Third-party ads shown in NEXA

NEXA's ad deck shows advertisements that are publicly running on Meta platforms, embedded from the source that serves them, with NEXA's own analysis of how each one is built. These creatives belong to their advertisers. Naming a brand does not mean it uses, endorses or is affiliated with NEXA. You may study these ads and ask NEXA to adapt their structure to your own products; you may not download, copy or republish the original creatives, logos, text or trademarks. How rights holders can request removal is described on our takedown page.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material shown in NEXA infringes your copyright, email legal@nexamarketing.app with the work you believe is infringed, where it appears in NEXA, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We remove material that is the subject of a complete notice promptly and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data is erased as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXA is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
