What the Swipe deck shows
Signed-in NEXA customers can browse a deck of advertisements that are publicly running on Meta platforms, one at a time, each with NEXA's written analysis of how the ad is built: its hook, its angle, the structure of its copy, and how long it has been running. The purpose is commentary and education for small-business marketers.
- Each creative is embedded from the source it is publicly served from. NEXA does not copy, host, cache or redistribute the file.
- The advertiser is named in text so that viewers know whose work it is. Naming a brand does not imply that the brand uses, endorses or is affiliated with NEXA. None of the brands shown are.
- When a customer asks NEXA to "adapt" an ad, NEXA generates new copy and a new visual for the customer's own brand from the structural analysis. The original creative, its logo, text, packaging and trademarks are never reproduced.
- The deck is available only inside the product, to authenticated customers.
Requesting removal
If you hold rights in an advertisement shown in NEXA and would like it removed, email legal@nexamarketing.app with:
- the brand name and, if you have it, a screenshot or a description of the ad;
- your name, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to reach you;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
We remove the ad from every deck within one business day of a complete request, and confirm by email. Formal copyright notices go to the same address; what a complete notice contains is set out in our Terms of Service.
